We are pleased to announce the final stage of the merger was completed Tuesday, September 1st, 2020. All accounts are joined on one core processing platform. That means that Homeport members have full access to Gulf Coast FCU’s lineup of products and services at all 5 branches. We could not be happier to welcome you to our family! To better help you navigate through this transition, we would like to share the following information: Please see the important debit card access information below. Debit Cards- VERY IMPORTANT! If you had an active Homeport FCU Debit Card, you should have received your Gulf Coast FCU debit card in the mail with instructions for activation. If you have not already done so, please be sure to activate it & set a PIN now. You may begin using this new Gulf Coast FCU card on 08/26/20. Your Homeport FCU debit card will no longer work as of 8/26/20, please destroy and dispose of it safely. If you did not receive your new debit card, please contact us at 361-980-8203 immediately. Routing Number- Your NEW Routing Number is: 314978446 (Gulf Coast FCU’s) Account Number- Your base Homeport FCU Account number which ends with a zero, will carry over to Gulf Coast FCU and will not change. However, we have added a suffix to differentiate between checking, savings, club, IRA and loans accounts. For example: o Homeport savings account # of 123450 would transition to 12345000 o Homeport checking account # of 123450 would transition to 12345009 o Homeport loan account # of 123450 would transition to 12345060 (loan suffixes range 60-99) Checks and electronic debits and credits- should continue to post to your account with the Homeport routing and account number for approximately 45 days. It is EXTREMELY important that you take steps to update any payers or payees of automatic payments by providing them the routing and account number changes described above. If you would like a complimentary 25 check pack, please contact us with your request at 361-980-8203. Internal transfers and payroll allocations - should continue to post with no interruptions. Please review your account history and statements carefully to ensure these continue as per your prior requests/arrangements. Direct Deposit Form- For your convenience you can print out a direct deposit form on our website at www.ccgcfcu.com/direct-deposit and will be able to print or email the form from your computer. Interactive Voice Response and Online Banking- Access to Homeport’s online banking and IVR system will cease as of September 1st, 2020. If you have a current IVR PIN setup, you will be able to utilize your member number (base account #) and your IVR PIN to access CALL24 interactive voice response service or online/mobile services with . Please visit www.ccgcfcu.com to register or obtain additional information. Visa Credit Cards- Homeport Visa Credit Cards will remain in place and will be updated to the name and logo. Overdraft Privilege Services- Checking accounts with current coverage should transition to Gulf Coast’s terms and conditions without interruption.
